Who We Are

We are a low kill/no kill animal shelter located in Clarendon County South Carolina. Since, 2007 we have done our best in giving homeless and abandoned dogs and cats a second chance. Through, adoptions and placement with our Rescue Partners we have rehabilitated, re-homed and placed thousands of dogs and cats. We are a 501(c)3 non profit, shelter. Our existence depends solely on donations and contributions by members and friends, and proceeds from sales at A Second Chance Thrift Store, located at 537 S. Mill Street, Manning, SC. In an ideal world, we would find every one of these animals their forever families!
